Xiaolajiao 6P – Review
Chinese company Xiaolajiao released the 6P in January, a beautiful and well crafted device. The screen has much reduction in bezels, dishing out a Full View display with stunning visuals. The smartphone industry is getting more intense and competitive by the day, as Xiaolajiao isn’t here to play. Without further ado, here is a review of the device.
Design
Beautiful and stunning, the Xiaolajiao 6P will definitely blow your minds away. Covered in exquisite Metal that reflects light in the most subtle way, showing colorful lines as well. It sports a rear fingerprint scanner for fast access, and dual rear camera at the top left corner.
There’s also a dual-LED flash complimenting the dual cameras, all in a vertical format. The smartphone is breathtaking no doubt, but it isn’t slim, as it measures 9mm in thickness. It supports dual Nano-sims and available in Blue and Gold colors only.
Display
Such a stunner, i’m definitely loving the competition in the Chinese smartphone market. With companies trying to outshine the other to improve sales and loyal fans. The display on the Xiaolajiao 6P is beautiful, lets take a look at the details on the screen.

The 5.7-inch HD+ IPS capacitive touchscreen on the Xiaolajiao 6P boasts of a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. Making the details sharp is a 282 pixel per inch density for immersive visuals. With 18:9 aspect ration and 75.55% screen to body ratio, you get to see more on the 6P. Furthermore, the whole screen is protected by a 2.5D Curved Glass Screen.
Hardware and Software
Under the hood is the MediaTek MT6750 chipset with Octa-core processor clocking at 1.5GHz for fast performance. The ARM Mali-T860 MP2 processor with 2-Cores is in charge of graphics, reaching a speed of 520MHz. It has a 64-Bit cpu architecture and 28nm process technology as well.
For heavy multitasking and fast app launching, there’s a 3GB RAM with a memory speed of 667MHz. Stores all your important files, games and apps in the 32GB internal storage space. If that isn’t enough, you can upgrade up to 128GB using microSD. Xiaolajiao 6P runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Yun OS 5.1.1 skin on top.
Camera
It comes with dual rear camera, a 16MP + 5MP back shooters than takes 4K resolution images. Yes, the smartphone can capture photos with 4608 x 3456 pixels in dimension. The dual-LED flash should help in low light areas for the beautiful images. At the front, there’s a single 8MP selfie snapper with no LED flash in sight.
Battery
Xiaolajiao 6P houses a 3000mAh Non-removable Li-Po battery with no fast battery charging feature. Meaning it will take up to 3-4 Hours to charge the phone from 0% to 100%. That should require some amount of patience, nevertheless the device has a battery saving technology to last for longer.
