Alive, three new mid-range smartphones appear on TENAA

Vivo has made a lot of attention in this first half of 2018. The company based in Dongguan, China, has launched several new smartphones in recent months, all with different price ranges. However, Vivo seems willing to offer the public interesting new devices.

On the website of the TENAA certification body, three new “mid-range” smartphones have been created, attributable to Vivo, even if all have been identified with model numbers – they are V1732A, V1732T and V1801A0, with the last one be the highest level of the three thanks to its dual camera configuration (and 6 GB of RAM).

Let’s start with the Vivo V1732A. According to what emerged on TENAA, the smartphone is equipped with a 6.22-inch HD + (720 × 1520 pixels) 19 – 9 display, a still unknown 2GHz octa-core processor, 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory. In addition, the device features an 8-megapixel rear camera (with capacities up to 13 megapixels) and a single 5-megapixel front sensor. The phone has the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.

The phone’s connectivity options, which weigh around 146.5 grams, include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, and USB. Onboard sensors include the accelerometer, the ambient light sensor, and the proximity sensor.

As for the second model, V1732T, there is not much to say, since all the specifications are virtually identical to the first, including the battery (both have a 3180 mAh).

As for the Vivo V1801A0, the “premium” smartphone among the three proposed by Vivo, TENAA reveals that it will arrive with a 6.26-inch full-HD + (1080 × 2280 pixels) display with a 19 – 9 ratio, an octa processor 2.2 GHz (also unknown in this case, ed), 4 GB / 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB / 128 GB of internal memory, a dual camera on the back with a 13 megapixel primary sensor and a secondary sensor from 2 megapixel camera, a single 8-megapixel camera and support for Android 8.1. The connectivity options and sensors for this model are the same as the first two, as well as the battery.

In the coming days, Vivo should also announce another top-level smartphone, Nex, which should be equipped with a Snapdragon 845 chip.
