1. Check Your Phone Accessories

To rectify this issue, ensure your headphones/headset are disconnected and then power off your Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ to confirm if it fixed the problem. - Press and hold the Volume Down button instantly after that till your device is done restarting.
- “Safe Mode” will be visible at the bottom of the screen.
- Release the Volume button.
- Your device will be booted up in “Safe Mode.”
