Google Maps finally tests reporting function for speed cameras and accidents

Finally, Google Maps will get a long-awaited feature from Waze, we will be able to report accidents and speed cameras soon. No matter how big differences are between Waze and Google Maps, Google will continue to fill in the gaps. Now first users have seen a new feature in their app, via quick access during the navigation accidents and speed measurements (speed camera) report.

We will not have to wait long

Still, the innovation appears only in a few US users, but it is already available for these few users – this time not only visible in the source code. So it could not take a long time until Google flips the switch and provides the reporting function for everyone. An official announcement did not exist so far, perhaps the search company is already preparing the next major update for Google Maps.

Has anyone of you already found the new button in his app?
