Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, now it’s official – it will be unveiled next October 9th

So far it was only an indiscretion, although among the experts of the sector and the insiders the “prognosis” was considered highly reliable. But now it’s almost official – the new Google Pixel phones will be presented next October 9th.

The Colossus of Mountain View has indeed sent invitations for an event on October 9th, which will almost certainly represent the official announcement of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphonesThe two phones have been virtually revealed in full thanks to the many “leaks” emerged in recent weeks. Google’s invitation does not offer much from the point of view of the clues – only a simple phrase “I <3 NY” stands out, which discretely refers to Pixel 3 with the number in the emoji of the heart. Probably, just because the two new products have already said everything, Google does not need to do much more to promote the announcement.

Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are the third generation of the Pixel line with Google brand that was introduced for the first time in 2016. In recent weeks, the hardware units of both devices have entered the world, giving us an excellent idea of what we can expect from this important announcement. Both devices are expected to get some tweaks from the design point of view – both phones should be characterized by a glass back for wireless charging, while the Pixel 3XL should not miss a “notch”. Each of the Pixel devices will also have two front cameras and a single camera on the back side.

As mentioned, Google’s new Pixel phones already know (almost) everything. However, last year’s event was also the occasion when Google announced a whole range of hardware products, including Pixelbook, Google Home Mini and Max, Pixel Buds and Clips. Therefore, it is very likely that the Californian giant decides to do the same in view of the event of 9 October.
