Honor 30S renderings show a super smartphone!

Honor will launch the Honor 30S smartphone on March 30. It stands out right from the start for being the first smartphone in the world to come equipped with the Kirin 820 5G chipset. After a recent leak revealed the rear design, a new set of renderings appeared on Weibo. In practice, they reveal the front and rear design with little room for doubt. However, another leak revealed some details about the Honor 30S camera.

If it was previously known that the Honor 30S will be available in white and orange, the new renderings also show models in black and green. It is also possible to see the rear of the device with a modern system of cameras in the shape of a rectangle. It consists of four cameras, an LED flash, and the designation AI, or better, artificial intelligence.

The camera configuration includes a 64-megapixel main sensor. There is also a telephoto sensor that provides a 3x optical zoom. In practice, the rear design of the Honor 30S is inspired by the wings of butterflies. The side view reveals the impact of the camera.

The images confirm that the Honor 30S is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint reader. However, on the front side, we also see a hole in the screen. Considering that this device has a fingerprint sensor mounted on the side, it is likely that this equipment will arrive with an LCD screen.

The specifications are not yet known. The company recently confirmed that it will support 40W fast charging. The smartphone was recently seen in the AnTuTu benchmarks with over 375K average benchmarking scores.

That said, the performance of the Kirin 820 5G SoC was considered better than the Snapdragon 765G and has about 22,000 points less than the Kirin 980. The listing on AnTuTu revealed, however, that the Honor 30S runs on Android 10 and is equipped with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
