However, as we talk about the V30, in a live video about the Single Day shopping festival (11.11) that took place yesterday, Honor CEO George Zhao revealed that the upcoming Honor V30 top-of-the-range will be released on November 26th. The Matrix camera will be one of the big selling points!

Zhao also confirmed that all devices in this line will support 5G, which means a higher starting price than its predecessor, the Honor V20.

While support for 5G translates into a price increase, it will be well justified. Is that the Honor V30 range should arrive with awesome cameras. It has been reported that it will be the first to introduce Camera Matrix technology, which consists of a new algorithm.

In fact, this is not the first time we’ve heard of this name, as Huawei registered a trademark application for the terms Camera Matrix and Cine Lens in July. Cine Lens or better, an ultra-wide 40MP camera appeared on the Huawei Mate 30 Pro at the time of release. This camera is responsible for the ability of the Kill 30 Pro to record ultra-wide-angle videos in 4K at 60 frames per second and is also responsible for recording camera slowly 7680 fps.

The Mate 30 Pro is currently at the top of DxOMark’s list of smartphones with the best camera performance. If Matrix camera technology is as good as it gets, we could have a battle between an Honor V30 or Honor V30 Pro for the top spot.

However, it has been reported that the Honor V30 will have an LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It is also expected to have a 4000mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging. However, the Honor V30 Pro will have support for 40W wired fast charging and 15W wireless fast charging. The main camera on both smartphones must be 60 megapixels. These are undoubtedly great features for a family of devices that at the right price can be a great success.
