You have to call GOTV customer service hotline on 08039044688. Your IUC number will be needed.

HOW TO CHECK IF ACTIVATION WAS SUCCESSFUL

The only way I know you can check if Activation was successful is through the online services, to verify in case your GoTv activation become a success, follow the steps:

• Goto the GoTv Eazy website.
• Click on the Activation fame tab on the Dashboard.
• Input your IUC Number.
• Click the “take a look at Activation status” Button.

If it indicates “active”, Congratulations your decoder is successful Active.
