iPhone 12 without charger or headphones in the box? It will be more expensive!

In recent weeks, many rumors have suggested some versions of smartphones that should be part of the new iPhone 12 range without EarPods or charger included in the box. A topic that gave rise to a great discussion, but that first of all promised lower prices on the smartphones themselves … Well … You can forget that idea! Apple not only wants to remove the ‘extras’ but also wants to significantly increase the price of its new smartphones.

iPhone 12 without charger or headphones in the box? You’ll be 50 € more expensive!

So we have an analyst coming out to say that Apple is really planning to increase the price of the iPhone 12, even without a charger and headphones in the box. This is said by Jeff Pu, who speculates a price of 749 $ for the 5.4 ”model, which of course means an increase of 50 $ compared to last year’s iPhone 11. Do you know why this climb? It’s all thanks to 5G and the introduction of the OLED screen across the range.

Interestingly, the analyst also says that consumers will accept the price hike without major problems and that demand will even be greater than what we have seen in recent years.

However, Jon Prosser, who has been one of the kings of the ‘leaks’ compared to the Apple world in 2024, has already come out to say that the cheapest iPhone 12 will cost $ 549, also confirming the removal of the ‘extras’ from the box. Who to believe? It’s hard to say … But in my personal opinion, I don’t see Apple removing the charger and increasing the price on the same release, it’s too risky. It is true that the apple giant gets away with a lot, but this already seems like an abuse.
