Design
Still covered in glass exquisitely and has a Stainless steel body as expected. It’s bigger and sports dual rear camera as usual. Furthermore, the device is IP67 certified, offering water and dust resistant and providing overall durability.
It’s breathtaking to see how well the glass body reflects light beautifull thanks to the dazzling red color. Since it houses a bigger battery capacity, it’s no surprise it measures 7.5mm in thickness and weighs 202g.
Display
The black bezels have been adopted from the Space Gray color of the iPhone 8 Plus. This is totally different from what we saw on the red version of the iPhone 7 Plus. Nonetheless, the home button is still there and doubles as the fingerprint scanner.
It has a bigger 5.5-inch LED-backlit FHD IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen which is perfect for big screen lovers. Boasting of 1080 x 1920 pixels in resolution and 401 pixels per inch density, giving you clear and sharp visuals. Additionally, it has an Ion-strengthened glass, oleophobic coating, wide colour gamut and true-tone display.

Hardware and Software
Under the hood, is the powerful A11 Bionic chip from Apple with Hexa-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 6-cores of processor on this powerful smartphone clocks at 2.38GHz with 10nm process technology. Administrating graphics, is Apple’s three-core graphics processing unit.
There’s a bigger 3GB RAM for multitasking here with a memory speed of over 1GHz. As usual, there are two versions in terms of storage space, there’s one with 256GB storage and a cheaper variant with 64GB. The iPhone 8 Plus Red edition runs on Apple’s latest iOS 11.3 operating system.
Camera
