MTN have silently introduced an unmetered plan. With just N150, you can get unlimited access to surf the net, download, chat with friends and love ones, send emails and many more for straight 24 hours while Airtel still offers 1 hour unlimited data plan for N180.
First and foremost, you need to take note that this newly introduced daily plan is not available on all MTN SIM. As a matter of fact, it is only available to just few MTN SIMs.
To find out whether you are eligible for this plan, try activating the plan on your phone by dialing the short code.
- To activate, dial *567*59#
- You will be prompted to activate the N150 Unlimited data on your phone by replying with (1)
- If you are eligible, you will get a message telling you don’t have enough airtime to subscribe or a welcoming message to the unlimited plan.
- On the other side, if your line is not eligible, you shall get a message like this.
