Official Galaxy Buds, here are the features of the new wireless earphones

Among the many new features announced during yesterday’s Unpacked event, where the new top-of-the-range Samsung models were presented, wireless headsets that will be provided free for those who will pre-order the Galaxy S10 or Galaxy S10 Plus have also not gone unnoticed.

We speak of course the Samsung Galaxy Buds, successors of the Gear IconX (2018). Many new features come with this new generation, starting with the Enhanced Ambient Sound technology that will allow you to hear what is happening around us even with headphones in operation. Also stands out the IPX2 certification (resistance to water splashes, not to diving), while support for Bluetooth 5.0 is essential to ensure better quality and stability of the connection with its reference device.

There is an internal memory of 8 GB, while the real disappointment is the two mini-batteries of 58 mAh, less than the previous Gear IconX offered last year. The recharge is of course with the case supplied as standard, from 252 mAh.

Samsung Galaxy Buds have 6-hour battery life when connected to a Bluetooth device, with 15 minutes of charging you exceed one and a half hours of listening. There is, remember, the possibility also to recharge through the Galaxy S10 that boast the PowerShare technology.

Also interesting is the choice to place two microphones (one internal and one external) in the two headphones, so as to ensure quality of the output sound absolutely level (Adaptive Dual Microphone), while the support is confirmed to Bixby (which since yesterday is available). The Samsung Galaxy Buds are available in black, white and yellow at a price of 149 euros.
