Fresh news about Oppo phones are bursting up online and now the Oppo R17 is out on the scene. Actually, the smartphone was released in the month of August 2018 in China.

Body design of this device is mainly metal in nature. The dimensions are 157.5 x 74.9 x 7.5 mm and it comes in twilight blue, and starry purple colors. The weight of the device is 182 grams. Although the smartphone is not a water resistant device, it comes with both fingerprint sensor, and face recognition technology.
Display type in this mobile phone is AMOLED capacitive touch screen of 16 million colors. The screen size is 6.4 inches and it has no secondary display. Also, it is a multi-touch device, having pixel resolution 2280 x 1080, and pixel density of 402 ppi. Other protective display features are 2.5D curved glass, Corning Gorilla Glass 6, 19:9 aspect ratio, and 91.5 percent screen to body ratio.

The internal memory of Oppo R17 is a variant of 6GB/8GB of RAM, which is followed by 128GB of internal storage for both variants. The internal storage can be increased to 256GB with the use of a micro-SD card used in the SIM 2 slot. Sensors in the device are accelerometer, proximity, ambient light, fingerprint, compass, gyro, and hall effect.
Network and Connectivity
Oppo R17 is fully a 4G LTE smartphone, meaning that it can handle GSM, HSPA, and LTE altogether. Apart from the 4G, there is also 2G and 3G working inside the phone. There are two nano/hybrid SIM compartments for the smartphone.
