Realme U1 – Already known all about the new competitor of Xiaomi

I have spoken here several times about Realme, thanks to the great impact it has had in the Indian market. Although there is still no information on a possible arrival in Europe, I still think it will only be a matter of time. Since it seems to be a serious competitor to Xiaomi.

After a major success in an extremely important market with the first Realme 1, the manufacturer is preparing to launch a new smartphone that promises to surprise even more. Now, a lot of the specifications of the new Realm U1 have been known.

Just as it had been confirmed, the Realm U1 will be unveiled next November 28 and will be released as an exclusive of Amazon India. This is a smartphone that has been heavily advertised as being a “Selfish Professional ,” and for good reason.

Quite cleverly, the brand has bet heavily on its advertising campaign on social networks. Their launch event will be transformed into a Gala, and they will also launch a photo contest.

Realm U1 promises to surprise with its capabilities for ‘ selfies’

With regard to your specifications, thanks to the new information leak, we already know practically every detail. The Realm U1 will arrive with a Full HD + 6.3 “screen, Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a U-shaped notch. Thanks to its small notch, it has a screen-to-body ratio of 90.8%.

Controlling the center of operations is the competent MediaTek Helio P70 processor, supported 3GB / 4GB of RAM. On the other hand, regarding its storage, will offer option of 32GB or 64GB.

In the photographic segment, this smartphone promises to shine, more specifically when we talk about selfies . Its front camera arrives with a Sony IMX576 25 megapixel sense and a f / 2.0 focal aperture. It is worth remembering that this is the same sensor that we find in the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. At the rear, you have a more modest double (13MP + 2MP) camera.

Finally, the Realm U1 comes powered by a 3500 mAh battery which you know should not withstand any kind of rapid charging. Although not revealed in this information, it seems unlikely to arrive with Android Pie.

However, it is no longer many days before this new “smart-phone” Android smartphone is officially launched. If you are curious about what this new manufacturer will achieve, stay tuned!
