After a series of teasers and rumors, Realme X2 Pro has been finally launched in China. Realme X2 Pro will give tough competition to phones like Redmi K20, Redmi K20 Pro, and even OnePlus 7T. You will get premium specs like Snapdragon 855+ Soc, quad-camera setup, Super AMOLED Fluid display, and more with the Realme X2 Pro.
During the launch event in China, Realme also unveiled the Realme X2 Pro Master Edition, which has been by a Japanese designer named Naoto Fukasawa. The Realme X2 Pro Master Edition features frosted glass protection with “Brick” and “Cement” finish options.
Realme X2 Pro Specifications & Features
The phone runs on ColorOS 6.1 based on Android 9 Pie and features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Fluid display with a screen resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. The phone’s display aspect ratio is 20:9 and has a refresh rate of 90Hz alongside with 135Hz touch sampling rate. The display supports DC dimming 2.0 and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Realme X2 Pro will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ Soc chipset along with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM.
The camera department includes a quad-camera setup at the back that comprises a 64 MP primary camera with a Samsung GW1 image sensor, a 13 MP telephoto lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with 115-degree field-of-view, and a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front, the phone has a 16 MP Sony IMX471 camera sensor and you can also take portrait shots using it.
The connectivity options include 4G Volte, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Realme X2 Pro will house a 4000mAh battery that supports 50W SuperVOOC Flash Charge support. The company has claimed that it only takes about 35 minutes to fully charge the phone. Furthermore, there is an 18W USB PD and Quick Charge Support.
Talking about the specs of the Realme x2 Master Edition, this special edition phone has been launched in only one storage option- 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage, and the rest of its specification is the same as that of Realme X2 Pro.
Realme X2 Pricing
Realme X2 will be available in three storage options- 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM, 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM, and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM. The base variant (6GB RAM + 64GB ROM) has been priced at CNY 2,699, the second storage option (8GB RAM + 128GB ROM) will be priced at CNY 2,899, and the third variant with 12G of RAM plus 256 internal storage will costs CNY 3,299. All three variants will come in White and Blue color options with a gradient finish on the top. Realme X2 Pro Master Edition will carry a price tag of CNY 3.299.
Realme X2 Pro will go on sale in China starting 18th October through the official Realme website, Jingdong, Tmall, and Suning Tesco. And for the Indian Realme lovers, Madhav Sheth who is the CEO of Realme India has confirmed that phone will reach the country by December.
