Speed of Snapdragon 665 is similar to SD660?
Mi CC9e is perhaps the first official device with this new chipset. In terms of performance, this processor has earned 178,992 points. This score is similar to that of Snapdragon 660, with very few improvements to point out.
The benchmark score of Snapdragon 660 on Master Lu, with reference to Redmi Note 7, is 165,683 points. However, the Snapdragon 665 has the great support of artificial intelligence and this is what can make the difference. Qualcomm claims that the new features in the SD665 guarantee several improvements in performance.
The Snapdragon 665 is an 11nm octa-core chipset. It consists of eight Kryo 260 cores in a 4 + 4 arrangement. They operate at 2.0GHz.
However, the artificial intelligence present in this chipset works with the new Hexagon 686 DSP digital imaging processor and Qualcomm Spectra 165. The idea is to ensure better photographic capability in reduced light conditions. On the other hand, artificial intelligence also ensures better safety at the level of facial unlocking.
The Snapdragon 665 supports Bluetooth 5.0 LPE, USB 3.1, dual camera up to 16MP and single camera of 48MP. It also allows recording of 4K video at 30fps and slow-motion recording of up to 120fps at 1080p. Maximum support at the screen level is 2520 x 1080 pixels (FHD +). It also supports Quick Charge 3.0.
