Design
Compared to the other F smartphones, the POP 1 (Tecno F3) sports a much attractive Plastic back that’s removable of course. The details at the rear makes the device a beauty to hold, definitely the best looking budget smartphone from Tecno.
Comes in beautiful colors as well, like the Red, Black, Blue, Champagne colors. The Blue and Red color variant has a black line at the top to bring out the beauty even more. It has a loudspeaker unlike others for quality music and measures 8.5mm in thickness.
Display
A bigger screen for a bigger view, Tecno POP 1 offers a much bigger display than its siblings. Although it houses three navigation buttons at the bottom bezel, and the usual features at the top. It’s simply amazing how the company reduced the bezels to be this minimal.
The 5.5-inch QHD IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen will display your movies and games pretty nicely. With a resolution of 960 x 480 pixels and 195 pixel per inch density, everything on the screen should be clear enough. The screen stretches up to 72% screen to body ratio as well.

Hardware and Software
Under the hood is a MediaTek MT6580 chip with quad-core processor and 32-bit CPU architecture. The 4-cores of processor runs at a speed of 1.3GHz with 28nm process technology for smooth performance. While the ARM Mali-400 MP2 graphics processor handles graphics.
Disappointingly, it has the space RAM and storage space like its siblings. Boasting of just 1GB RAM space with a memory speed of 533MHz. The usual 8GB storage space is available as well to accommodate all apps and files, you can upgrade up to 32GB with a memory card. The Tecno POP 1 (Tecno F3) runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system with HiOS.
Camera
The 5MP rear camera on the POP 1 captures 2K resolution images with ease. The camera comes with a dual-LED flash and other features like HDR, Face Detection, Scene Mode, ISO Setting, Digital Zoom, CMOS sensor and others to take photographs with 2592 x 1944 pixels in dimension. For selfies, there’s another 5MP selfie camera that has a LED flash for night selfies and video calls.
