The primary rear camera is dual setup of 8 MP which is interpolated to 13 MP; plus 5 MP f/1.8 aperture, and it comes with dual LED flash, while the secondary front selfie camera is a 5 MP interpolated to 8 MP f/2.0 aperture and this comes with LED flash. The video performance in Ulefone Armor X2 is 1080p@30fps.
Other good camera features are geotagging, auto focus, HDR, touch focus, face detection, and panorama.
Hardware and Software
Android OS v8.1 Oreo is the operating system in the Ulefone Armor X2. Sure, this will upgrade to Android 9 Pie later. For hardware, there is MediaTek MT6580, which comes with process technology 28nm, 32-bit architecture. Also, there is 1.3 GHz Quad-core Cortex A7 and Mali 400 MP2 GPU.
Storage Capacity and Sensors
Internal memory in Ulefone Armor X2 is a moderate 2GB of RAM which cannot be expanded but the internal storage of 16GB can be expanded up to 128GB through a micro SD card to be used inside SIM 2 card slot.
Sensors in the device include accelerometer, proximity, fingerprint, compass, and ambient light.
Network and Connectivity
Supported network in this device is GSM and HSPA and that is to say that the Vertex Impress Pluto is capable of handling 2G and 3G networks. Also, to support this, there is dual nano SIM card slot space made available in the device to make for smooth running of networks.
Other connectivity elements are Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, headphone jack, NFC, and micro USB 2.0. However, there is no infrared, or HDMI in the device.
Battery Life
Powering the device is a Li-Po 5500 mAh non-removable battery. The talk time and standby time are up to 20 hours and 250 hours respectively. However, there is no wireless charging but there is fast charging technology in the device.
Price and Availability
The official price of Ulefone Armor X2 is $139.99 USD. However, we cannot assure that this price remains constant or that you will find it thus in most stores. For availability, the smartphone is not yet available for purchase because it has been announced and will be released in the month of December 2018.
