Ulefone Tiger X Specs Review, Price and Where to buy

Known as one of the best smartphone manufacturer from China Town, Ulefone is here with yet another magnificent device like they always do. The Ulefone Tiger X though a new device, isn’t totally new as it was created off the rib of the Ulefone Tiger smartphone.

The Tiger X can be safely said to be the smaller version of the Ulefone Tiger. Call it the Ulefone Tiger Lite if you want.

Now, let’s see stuff the Ulefone Tiger X is made of.

Ulefone Tiger X

Since they are somewhat related and from the same ‘Tiger’ family, the Ulefone Tiger X takes up the same design, body form/build, dimension, size and appearance as the Ulefone Tiger.

The 5.5 inch IPS LCD screen with a 720 x 1280 High Definition display resolution and 267 ppi pixel density was also maintained. Likewise, there is a Gorilla Glass 3 manufactured by Corning  to protect the display from breaking easily when  mishandled. The Ulefone Tiger X is turning out to be not much of a down grade.

Because the Ulefone Tiger X is a budget device, it uses the low-end MediaTek MT6580 chipset alongside a Quad-core processor which runs at a speed of 1.3 GHz. The operating system that ships with the device is the Android v6.0 Marshmallow and there is no information as to whether the device will receive the Android Nougat update or not.

Per storage, there is a meagre 1 GB of RAM which may not handle multitasking really well. Likewise, the internal storage is quite small; 16 GB but the good thing is it can be expanded to 256 GB using the dedicated SD card slot.

Despite being a budget smartphone, the optical sensors on this device are decent enough for mobile photography. The rear camera is an 8 Megapixels lens which comes in the company of 2 LED flash lights while the 5 Megapixels front camera lacks one.

The Ulefone Tiger X comes with a Lithium Polymer battery with a capacity of 3,500 mAh. The device battery is non-removable and doesn’t support fast charging.

The Ulefone Tiger X costs between $90 to $95.
