Both phones run on the same Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and they also have support for dual SIMs and 4G LTE data.

Both on the body design and hardware, the Vivo U1 has the point. The phone will perform better than the Oukitel C12 and it also has a bigger battery capacity as well. The Oukitel C12 will only make a good alternative since it’s more affordable.
