Looking at the Vivo V20, there is nothing too special on the handset. The device is blessed with a premium-looking panel but wrapped with plastic. The panel is housing the cameras set up and an LED flash. It measures 161.3 x 74.2 x 7.4 mm in dimensions and weighs 171 grams.
