The messaging application also allows us to consult the messages from our laptop or desktop computer through the web version of the app. This is WhatsApp Web and has just received a new feature that had already reached the mobile versions of Android and iOS, as the PiP mode, or in other words, the overlay screen picture. This allows us to see videos in a floating window while we can read other messages and chats, which will undoubtedly allow us to gain time reviewing everything that has been sent to us in the messaging app.
How to activate the floating window?
The way to activate this mode is really simple because when we play a video received in any chat, a new icon appears that allows us to activate it easily.
The video can be played anywhere on the screen even if we change the chatJust move the mouse pointer over the video to see this in a floating window. We will see an icon in the upper left part of the screen, which we will have to press to see the video in a floating window. When we do it, by clicking on the video window we can drag it to any area of the screen, and continue watching it while we read other messages.
