Marseille-based smartphone manufacturer – Wiko launched the super large Wiko View 2 smartphone as well as its Pro version. Well, the Wiko View 2 is the focal point of this article. One unique technical feature of the smartphone is its display department. Asides from the fact that it’s a 6-inch bezel-less display, it also relays an aspect ratio of 19:9 for excellent viewing pleasure. At this juncture, I’ll like us to go straight into the full review of the device.
Design & Display
Wiko View 2 is beautiful at first sight and even after that. Its bezel-less display on three sides ensures that just a minimal bezel is left at the bottom. On the top bezel though, there’s the cool notch which only houses the front camera and the earpiece. The Android navigation buttons are laid on the screen, so there’s no occupant at the base bezel. At the back, the rear camera is set up in a horizontal arrangement with the dual-LED flash while the fingerprint sensor and ‘wiko’ logo appear close to the centre. Dedicated buttons (power and volume buttons) are found at the right side of the device. The color options of the device are Blue, Gold and Grey while the weight is 153 g. Width of 72.0 mm, length of 154.5 mm and thickness of 8.3 mm serve as the dimensions of the device.

The bezel-less display has a size of six inches and a screen resolution of 720 x 1528 pixels while its pixel density hits 282 PPI mark. Additionally, the display is covered with 2.5D curved glass and is full view with its 19:9 aspect ratio.
Camera
Photography from the rear is taken care of by a single 13 megapixel camera with features such as f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, auto focus, touch focus, continuous shot and CMOS sensor. A dual-LED flash brightens images taken in low light conditions. At the frontal region, a 16 MP camera handles the production of selfies.
CPU, OS & Storage
The system-on-chip located under the hood is the Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435. This chipset encloses an octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 that clocks at 1.4 GHz speed. It is of the 64-bit architecture and makes use of the 28 nm process technology. Graphics on the smartphone is delivered by the Qualcomm Adreno 505 GPU while the 3 GB RAM handles multitasking. Meanwhile, the internal storage on the smartphone has a 32 GB capacity that’s expandable to 128 GB with the aid of a MicroSD card. Android Oreo OS is the functioning software on the smartphone.
