Wiko View Prime – Review, Full Specs and Price
The Wiko View Prime is the first smartphone from Wiko to sport the trending bezel-less look. Its brothers the Wiko View and View XL are bezel-less as well featuring a FullView screen. Wiko View Prime is more outstanding to its brothers, packing 64GB internal storage, 4GB of RAM and 20MP + 8MP dual selfie camera. The smartphone is definitely an upgrade compared to the Wiko View and Wiko View XL, and affordable as well.
Design
The device has a plastic-like feel at back, making it very comfortable to hold. It has curved edges and sides as well, Wiko definitely brought their A game with the View smartphones. They made the device look very attractive and at the same time maintaining its cheap and affordable price. Wiko View Prime is totally a device that gives value for money. It looks classy on the outside and packs a bunch on the inside.

The rear camera and the LED Flash are horizontally on their throne at the back. The fingerprint scanner is also rear-mounted under the two kings, while the Wiko logo follows suit in that order. It’s surprisingly bulky, measuring 8.3 mm slim and weighing just 162g overall which is weird. The View Prime comes in beautiful colors as well, like Black, Gold, Deep Bleen and Cherry Red.
Display
One of the highlight of this device is the bezel-less screen, the first from Wiko. Can’t wait to see what the company have in store for us this year. The bezel-less screen on the Wiko View Prime stretches all the way to the side, with no narrow bezels in sight. The bottom bezel is also minimal and almost none visible, while the top is the opposite.
The 5.7-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen on this smartphone is brilliant no doubt. Wiko went all the way, achieving a 75.6% screen-to-body ratio. The screen also boasts of a 720 x 1440 pixels in resolution, and 282 ppi density. Which brings all the details on the screen to life and displays immersive visuals.

Hardware and Software
Under the hood is the Qualcomm MSM8937 Snapdragon 430 doing all the brain work. While at the central, the Octa-core processor clocks at 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53. Running everything graphics is the Adreno 505, which is also in charge of the gaming department.
Open all your favorite apps and multitask through them all, thanks to the 4GB RAM space. For saving files, apps, games and movies, there’s a 64GB internal storage space to accommodate all that. If that is not enough and you need more space, you can upgrade up to 128GB with a memory card. Wiko View Prime comes running on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system with stock UI.
Camera
The View Prime focuses on selfies and that is evident with the dual 20MP + 8MP on this beauty. The dual selfie camera will work together to capture amazing selfies from all angles. This dual selfie camera trend will be taking over this year in full force and i’m so here for this.
At the back, there’s a standard 16MP rear camera with autofocus and LED Flash. Other features on the back shooter includes touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR and geo-tagging.
