The Chinese company Wiko has just unveiled another smartphone to its popular View series. The phones are Wiko View 5 and View 5 Plus. Both packs a massive battery and also maintain a large display size. In this article, we will concentrate fully on Wiko View 5 which will include the specifications and price.
Design And Display
As usual, the Wiko View 5 is looking much pretty similar to what we have been getting from other Chines phones like Tecno and even Infinix. The body is built with the combination of glass and plastic which is still not that bad considering the price tag. On the rear side, it houses the cameras and fingerprint scanner.
The Wiko View 5 has body dimensions of 165.95 x 76.84 x 9.3 mm and weighs 201 grams. On the front, the punch hole gives way to a large screen display size of 6.55 inches under IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. It has a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, a 20:9 ratio, and 266 PPI density. Overall, the display reaches an 83.1% screen-to-body ratio.

The camera setup on the device is four and this includes a 48 MP main snapper, another 13 MP ultrawide sensor, 2 MP macro, and another 2 MP depth sensor. The cameras are impressive but only stop at 1080p video recording due to chipset limitations. The front camera is 8 MP and it has Face ID and Faces Beauty.
On hardware, the Wiko View 5 has a Mediatek MT6762D Helio A25 chipset that is built on the 12nm process. The eight-core processor is clocking at a speed of 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 while the PowerVR GE8320 GPU will ensure good graphics. It’s powered by the Android 10 operating system.

Storage Capacity And Sensors
The inbuilt memory is 64GB and 3GB RAM. The memory is expandable up to 256GB via a micro SDcard. As for the sensors, Wiko equipped the device with a Fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, and proximity.

The battery available on the inside is a 5000 mAh but lacks fast charging technology. The battery will surely last more than two days when fully charged.
