Earlier this year, the Chinese Smartphone maker, Xiaomi made a target to hit 100 million unit shipment before the year ended, 10 Million more than the 90 million unit which was recorded last year by the same company. This was more than a 10% increase However, it seems it’s no problem for the Company as they’ve reportedly just hit their target for this year.
At exactly 11:26PM on October 26 Xiaomi recorded it’s 100th Shipment which was the Chinese based company’s targeted stepping into this year and were able to reach the milestone with 2 whole months left to spare. Xiaomi Founder and VP of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Lei Jun took to the Zhong Guan Cun Science Park where he founded the company back 2010 to announce this feat, adding that the company was fastest growing in domestic market and expressing his gratitude to his team for the “continuous efforts in technological innovation and quality improvement over the years”.
