The ZTE Nubia V18 has been launched by Nubia, this is their second Nubia smartphone being unveiled just weeks apart. The ZTE Nubia N3 was released couple of weeks ago and the company couldn’t wait to release another.
The Nubia V18 comes with flagship specs, boasting of 64GB storage, 4GB RAM and a massive battery capacity as well. That’s not all, it’s 6.01-inch FHD+ bezel-less screen is one of a kind, according to the company. Without further ado, meet the ZTE Nubia V18.

Design
A beauty to behold no doubt, the Nubia V18 exudes class and style. Sports a metal overall unibody that’s non-removable. The company ditched the trending dual rear camera trend and went with just a single shooter. The camera comes with a LED flash as they sit horizontally at the top left corner.
Comes with a rear fingerprint scanner obviously, because there’s no place for that at the front. The dual antenna lines are now curved in a unique twist, different from what we saw on the N3. It measures 7.8 mm slim and weighs just 170g overall. It’s available in Red, Gold and Black colors at the rear and all White at the front.
Display
This is more like it, the Nubia V18 has super minimal bezels than the N3. The OEM is really having fun creating these bezel-less beauties, the screen on the V18 is breathtaking. The tiny top bezel houses the selfie camera, speaker grille and sensors. The bottom bezel is very minimal as well, while the narrow bezel is almost invisible.
The 6.01-inch FHD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen is simply mind-blowing. Boasting of 2160 x 1080 pixels in resolution and 402 pixel per inch density, making all the details on the screen sharp and clear. The screen stretches up to 77.8% screen to body ratio, offering more screen than bezels and dishing out an 18:9 aspect ratio.
Hardware and Software
Under the hood, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chip is in charge with Octa-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 8-cores of processor reaches a speed of 1.4GHz and has a 14nm process technology for fast performance. While the Qualcomm Adreno 506 manages graphics.
A massive 4GB RAM space is available here for multitasking, it has a memory speed of 933MHz as well. In terms of storage, 64GB space is available to store all files and you can upgrade further up to 128GB. The Nubia V18 runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with modified UI.
Camera
The 13MP rear camera has f/2.2 aperture and captures 4K resolution images. The camera comes with a LED flash and other features, ready to capture photographs with 4160 x 3120 pixels in dimension. For selfies, the 8MP shooter at the top bezel has f/2.0 aperture as well.
Battery
Powering the ZTE Nubia V18 is a 4000mAh Non-removable Li-Po battery with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take more than 1.9 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.

Good phone with great specs. 4000mah battery is great. All phones are now coming with 18:9 display that’s nice but why still IPS LCD screens?.
