The manufacturer said if the user removes the battery, it means the warranty is no longer in effect. Furthermore, there is no fast or wireless charging for this device.

The speaker and call quality of this smartphone are normal as there were not much effort to raise the quality of sound in the device. This BQ Mobile phone arrives with a loudspeaker and 3.5mm audio jack. These produce good sound.
