Coolpad Note 6 has been launched in India with dual selfie camera for selfie lovers. This is coming just days after the Coolpad Cool 2 was launched as well. There’s also a styling placed single camera at the rear.

Design
The Note 6 sports an overall metal body that’s sleek and classy for users. Although, the back seems a little too plain and boring, but there’s a unique scene going on at the top left corner. The rear camera and LED flash are vertical in a stylishly curved opening.
There’s no rear fingerprint scanner anywhere at the back, lets hope it has a physical home button at the bottom bezel. The smartphone is quite bulky probably because of the battery, it measures 8.6mm in thickness and weighs 170g overall.
Display
The bottom bezel houses a physical home button which doubles as the fingerprint scanner. The Note 6 comes with lots of bezels at the top and bottom corner, even though the narrow bezels are nowhere to be found.
The 5.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen here is better than most, with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and 401 pixel per inch density. Even though there are lots of bezels here, the screne stretches up to 71% screen to body ratio.

Hardware and Software
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 435 chip from Qualcomm is in charge with an Octa-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 8-cores of processor here runs at a standard speed of 1.4GHz with 28nm process technology. While the Adreno 505 graphics processor handles graphics.
There are two versions in terms of RAM and internal storage space, there’s a standard version with 4GB RAM for multitasking and 64GB storage space. While the cheaper variant has 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space to accommodate files. Both storage spaces are upgradeable up to 128GB, as it runs on Android 7.1 Nougat.
Camera
The stylishly placed 13MP rear camera has f/2.2 aperture and comes with a LED flash underneath. Features on the camera includes autofocus, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR and others. Record videos of 1080p@30fps, while the dual 8MP + 5MP selfie shooter take breathtaking selfies according to the company.

Battery
Powering the Coolpad Note 6 is a 4070mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take up to 2.2 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.
