The Huawei Nova Plus was released alongside the Nexus 6P look-alike Huawei Nova smartphone at the IFA 2016 in Berlin. The Nova Plus is the higher end model in the newly introduced Nova series and it doesn’t disappoint in looks and in the specs but considering the price Huawei has placed on this one, there might just be better option.

The Huawei Nova Plus boasts of a larger display than the Nova. The Nova Plus features a 5.5-inch display with 1080pixel resolution. The phone also comes equipped with a 2GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor backed up by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD. The device sports an aluminum body, with the rear camera protruding out of the body to form a hump.
The Huawei Nova Plus runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Emotion UI 4.1 (EMUI 4.1). On the camera specs, the Nova Plus rocks a 16-megapixel f/2.2 rear facing camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Powering the mid-ranger is a 3,340mAh battery which Huawei boasts is durable. There is also a fingerprint sensor, Cat 6 LTE, USB Type-C port for data connectivity and charging of the battery. The phone also boasts of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS connectivity and lots more.
