Display & Design

Both phones are identical in shape; they share almost the same look. However, the noticeable differences immediately you pick them up are the size of their screens, dimensions and weights. Large screen smartphone lovers will surely prefer the Innjoo 3 over the Innjoo 2.

While the Innjoo 2 sports a fully laminated 5-inch diagonal display with a resolution of 720 * 1280 pixels for a pixel density of 294 pixels, the Innjoo 3 comes with a fully-laminated 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 * 1080 pixels) display with 5-points Touch (G+F+F) and IPS display panels, a better resolution than that of Innjoo 2. Perhaps, the Innjoo Company had to come up with a better resolution to fit into the larger screen display for the Innjoo3.

Depending on your choice of screen size, you have a chance to decide what you want. As for the colours, while the Innjoo 2 comes in Gold and white, Innjoo 3 comes in Gold Black and Grey.

Performance & Storage

The Innjoo 2 is powered by a heavy-duty MediaTek octa-core processor, Mali-T720 MP3 which supports 2GB of RAM and internal storage of 16 GB expandable up to 64 GB via a microSD card slot, while the Innjoo 3 is powered by a more powerful 64-bit Octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor with a processing speed of 1.5GHz which is coupled with a more powerful graphics processor Mali T860 MP2 GPU for fast and lag-free operations.

It also comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 128GB with a microSD card. So with respect to performance and storage, the Innjoo 3 is a better option.

Camera

The Innjoo 2 sports an impressive 13-megapixel camera on its front and back, the selfie shooter uses an 85-degree wide-angle camera sensor that takes in more friends in your selfies. If you thought Innjoo was done then wait for the Innjoo 3’s camera features.

The Innjoo 3 sports an incredible 21MP camera with Autofocus and LED flash at the rear, while the front houses an 8MP selfie shooter. A massive improvement from the Innjoo 2 rear camera although the Innjoo 2 front camera stays winning at 13MP. So depending on what you like, selfie or normal rear photographs, the choice is yours.

The Innjoo 2 packs a larger 3200mAh non-removable battery which supports fast charging. The Innjoo 3 packs a lesser 3000mAh Li-Polymer battery which Innjoo claims can give you 2 hours of talk time on a 5-minute charge. The reason why Innjoo downgraded the battery in the Innjoo 3 might be because its USB Type-C port supports faster charging, coupled with other power saving optimisations in its software.
