The Nokia 1 Plus is the advanced version of the Nokia 1. The handset has been upgraded with large screen size, enough inbuilt memory, and a bigger battery as well. It now features the latest Android 9.0 Pie which is based on Go Edition. HMD really upgraded the phone into a decent smartphone for all.

Design And Display

The Nokia 1 Plus features a decent body that is built with plastic. At the back, it has a smooth panel that house a single camera, an LED flash with no fingerprint sensor. It’s available in Red, Black, and Blue colors. On the front, it has a thick and visible bezel both on the top and bottom of the screen. The screen size has been upgraded to a large 5.45-inch IPS LCD display with a 480 x 960 pixels screen resolution and 197 PPI density. It has an 18:9 aspect ratio with display protection as well. The phone will offer clear visuals to users.

Camera

The Nokia 1 Plus has a dual camera set-up. The headset features a single rear camera of the 8MP shooter which is paired with an LED flash, AF and it also shoots 720p video at 30fps. The 5MP sitting on the front will also take a decent selfie and make good video calls as well.

Hardware And Software

The Nokia 1 Plus has a MediaTek MT6739WW SoC with a Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.5GHz alongside PowerVR GE8100 graphics for gaming. The memory is available in two configurations. There’s a model with 8GB and another with 16GB of internal memory and they are both paired with 1GB RAM respectively. It has a slot for micro SD which allows you to expand the memory up to 128GB.

Booting the phone is Android 9.0 Pie Go Edition which will receive an update from time to time. The Nokia 1 Plus has a removable battery capacity of 2,150mAh without fast charging technology.
