Their subsidiary OnePlus is also coming up pretty good, especially the highly talked about OnePlus 6. Oppo best lower mid-range smartphone in the market right now is the Oppo F7. However, Nokia has manufactured a worthy competitor in the lower mid-range segment called the Nokia 7 Plus. The phone features quality specs that can even challenge some higher mid-range smartphones in the market. The Nokia 7 Plus is unique in its design with front glass, aluminum 6000 series body, and copper edges. Meanwhile, the Oppo F7 features a front glass and a plastic unibody that has a metallic appearance. The Nokia 7 Plus is quite heavy compared to most lower mid-range phones, which might be a turn off for some users. The phone weighs an astonishing 183 grams and is 25 grams heavier to the Oppo F7 that weighs 158 grams. The Oppo F7 is slightly slimmer with a 7.8mm thickness to the Nokia 7 Plus’s 8mm thickness.

The Oppo F7 sports a single rear camera system at the top left corner. While the Nokia 7 Plus sports a dual rear camera at the top middle. Both phones have a rear mounted fingerprint sensor just above their brand names. Nokia only builds two body colors option for the Nokia 7 Plus, which are Black and White. Both body colors retain the copper edges. Meanwhile, the Oppo F7 comes in Diamond Black, Solar Red, and Moonlight Silver body colors.

Thanks to the new chipset, the graphics of the Nokia 7 Plus is run on Adreno 512 graphics processing unit. The Nokia 7 Plus is available in only a 4GB memory with 64GB internal storage. Powering the Oppo F7 is Mediatek Helio P60 chipset that carries 4-cores of Cortex-A73 at 2.0GHz and 4-cores of Cortex-A53 at 2.0GHz. The Mali-G72 MP3 graphics processing unit powers the graphics of the Oppo F7. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.0 skin on top. The Oppo F7 has a 4GB memory with 64GB storage variant like the Nokia 7 Plus. And also a bigger variant of 6GB memory with 128GB internal storage.
