Philips S395 has been introduced by the tech giant, this is the first smartphone from Philips with trending full view display. Philips is known for making budget friendly smartphones and other tech products. The company is also famous for its Pressing Irons.

Design
There’s a Plastic body at the rear with two shades of design, the top smooth part houses the Philips logo. At the extreme top left corner, we can see the rear camera and LED flash in a horizontal position. While the lower rough part would give users a firm grip when held.
With the Philips S395, you don’t have to worry about your phone slipping away when you are operating it. Turning over to the sides, we can see the power button and volume keys as it measures 8.35mm in thickness. It weighs 152g overall as well and was introduced in Blue color.
Display
Now to the highlight of the device, the Philips S395 dishes out an 18:9 aspect ratio. The screen gives you taller display screen than other Philips device, the narrow bezel are super minimal as well. Even though the top and bottom bezels are still visible, the screen gives the full view experience.
Focusing on the bigger picture, 5.72-inch HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen displays nice visuals. It has a resolution of 1440 x 720 Pixels and 281 pixel per inch density, for clear visuals. The screen stretches up to 75% screen to body ratio.
Hardware and Software
Under the hood, the MediaTek MT6737 chip reigns supreme with Quad-Core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 4-Cores of processor here reached at a standard speed of 1.3GHz with 28nm process technothelogy. In the graphics department, the ARM Mali-T720 MP1 graphics processor is in charge.
The 2GB RAM space should help with all your multitasking, it has a memory speed of 640 MHz as well. 16GB storage space is available to accommodate all files, you can upgrade up to 32GB as well. The Philips S395 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with modified user interface.
Camera
The 8MP rear camera captures photographs with 3264 x 2448 pixels in dimension. The camera comes with a LED flash and other features you can use to enhance your photographs. You can easily record videos of 720 pixels at 30 frames per second. While the 5MP selfie camera takes cute selfies.
Battery
Powering the Philips S395 is a 3000mAh removable Li-Po battery with no fast charging technology. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 2.5 hours.
