DESIGN
The Ulefone S8 Pro has a glossy aluminium body and upon first sight of the device, the almost negligible side bezel which measures 0.5mm is noticed.
The front view only shows the presence of the proximity sensor, soft flash and large screen. At the bottom, the microphone, and double speaker grill.
On the rear end, the beautiful and eye-catching aesthetic. The dual camera, dual LED flash and fingerprint sensor all occupy the top quarter, the lowercase ‘ulefone’ logo at the middle volume adjusters on the right side of the device. The edges of the Ulefone S8 Pro on the rear are curved and this ensure easy grip of the device.
The Ulefone S8 Pro is available for purchase in two colour options; Gold and Dark Black.
DISPLAY
The screen is a 2.5D High Definition (HD) display sized at 5.3 inch. The display is just the perfect size to hold in the hand and not a burden to the pocket. As a matter of ease, the device can be operated smoothly with one hands.
PROCESSOR AND STORAGE
The S8 Pro is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 Quad-core processor that runs at a speed of 1.3GHz. The CPU may not be the best in town but have it in mind that this device is a low-end budget smartphone. This is decent enough.
There is likewise a decent 2GB of RAM for ease of operations and multitasking. You also get 16GB of on-board storage space to keep your media and any other files. The storage can be expanded up to a huge 128GB using SD card.
The Ulefone S8 Pro runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. An impressive feat for a budget device.
CAMERA & BATTERY
The rear camera as said earlier is a dual lens set-up and each lens are of 13 megapixels and 5 megapixels respectively. Flanked to both sides of the rear camera is a single LED flash for brighter image production.
At the front on selfie duties is a single 5 megapixels camera with a soft LED flash.
The Ulefone S8 Pro comes with a big and removable 3,000 mAh battery. The device lacks the quick charge technology but it shouldn’t take much time to get a full charge.
