Vivo X9 Specifications and Price

The Chinese company, Vivo, just announced two new devices, Vivo X9 and Vivo X9 Plus, the two devices are packing major specifications, two similar smartphones specially built for the selfies addicts. They are more or less the same phones with little variation, but we are focusing on the Vivo X9. The major mouth watering specification of this device is the dual front camera of 20MP + 8MP with flash! Dying to see how this one works!

 

The Vivo X9 is a metallic smartphone, looking very High end with beautiful antenna bands behind, it has a  fingerprint scanner combined with the home button, at the front of the device, the fingerprint scanner gives control of the camera as well as securing your phone.  It has the earpiece port below the device, next to the USB Type-C port and Speaker grille and it also has an AKM4376 DAC (with a claimed maximum push of 116dB).

 

The Vivo X9 comes with a massive 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal memory with no external memory card slot; the device is running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, on Vivo’s customised OS, Funtouch OS 3.0. The Vivo X9 is a dual sim device, with both sim slot is Nano. The X9 is a 5.5 inch (73. 8% screen-to-body ratio) Super AMOLED display, with a 1080×1920 screen resolution ( 401 PPI pixel density).

The Vivo X9 comes with a dual front facing camera made of a 20MP and 8MP cameras with dual LED flash, while the rear side carries alone 16MP camera, obviously with flash, Phase detection autofocus (PDAF), Geo-tagging, face detection, Panorama and HDR.

The Vivo X9 has a Fingerprint scanner, at the front in the form of a home button. Running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset,  clocked at 2.0Ghz on Octa-core Cortex A53 and Adreno 506. The Vivo X9 has a 3050mah non-removable battery that supports fast charge.

The Vivo X9 comes in Gold and Rose Gold colours and is Priced at about 150k in Naira currency.
