We all know that Xiaomi will present the new Mi 8 to the world on 31st May. Because of this, we have seen several rumors about the device popping up on the web. Recently, we showed that the device had its box leaked in which indicates that it will have a dual camera and dual module of GPS.
Now, according to new rumors, the big slot present on the device screen will be responsible for bringing another feature that became known in the iPhone X. These are the Animojis that the Chinese giant will certainly call another name during the launch of the device.
The company even publishes on Weibo some of these emojis in action, most of which are very similar to Apple’s. The difference here is that the Chinese giant decided to use the mascot itself in the animation. Check below the small teaser released by Xiaomi herself:
The Chinese giant also released another teaser in which it states that the Mi 8 will have a set of cameras far superior to the one found in Mi Mix 2S. As we know, this is the Xiaomi device that has the best cameras on the market and got a great score on DxOMark.
Now, the company expects the Mi 8 to get that title and achieve a performance that matches it to other high end handsets in the market. For now, the company continues to release several teasers and information on its new top of the line that will be presented next Thursday (05/31).
