Xiaomi Mi Band 4 and 7 other products today goes official

A few hours from now, Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi will announce its next-generation bracelet, Xiaomi Mi Band 4. An announcement by Xiaomi official says that the company will also launch six new smart products along with the Mi Band 4, including a mysterious new product to “change the fate.” The six new products are all smart home products, and one of them is the smart kitchen appliance designed by Feng Wei Holdings founder, Nicholas Tse. Of course, the most anticipation is on the device that claims to be able to “change the fate.” The device is believed to be the first of its kind, and it will define a new line of smart home products.

We understand that the Xiaomi Mi Band 4 comes with a display that is 39.9% larger than the previous generation and it also supports 16000 colorful display. The smart band also features a colorful personalized dial and a heart rate monitoring system as well. Judging from the features which the smart band comes with, it is safe to say that it isn’t very different from a smartwatch. What do you think?

The Xiaomi Mi Band 4 will come with a color OLED display. The two models which have been revealed so far are XMSH08HM and XMSH07HM. The former is the standard version of the band while the latter is the NFC version. Also, the smart band is also expected to feature a battery upgrade with its capacity increased from 110 mAh in the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 to 135 mAh. Just some days ago, some e-commerce screenshots from some stores surfaced, and they suggest that the Mi Band 4 will come with a price tag of $49.99 (about 345 yuan) on non-Chinese e-commerce platforms. Currently, the Xiaomi band has become the most popular wearable device in the world. In this year alone, the Q1 shipments of the device reached 5.3 million, an increase of 43.6%.
