AllCall Madrid Review – Budget Smartphone Sold For Only $60

AllCall Mobile is a Chinese firm that focuses on the production of mobile phones which includes smartphone’s especially those in the budget segment. The AllCall Madrid is the latest smartphone to drop off the OEM’s platform. This smartphone is a very affordable smartphone with decent specifications. Let’s take a look deeply into this low end smartphone under the segments below:

AllCall Madrid’s design is an exclusive slick one. The 2.5D Curved glass at its fore grants the smartphone a gracious outlook. The bezels appearing thick didn’t even diminish its winsomeness. Its body has both metallic and plastic build while its colour availability are Black and Gold. The top bezel acts as the home of the ambient light sensor, earpiece and front camera. Meanwhile, the bottom bezel is the homebase of the soft Android navigation keys. The smoothly furnished rear of the smartphone bears the primary camera and LED flash at the top right corner, and the “AllCall” logo. Its dimensions are 154.7 mm length,  76.2 mm width and 8.8 mm thickness. It weighs 180g including it’s battery.

AllCall Madrid has a large 5.5 inches display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. As this resolution handles the screen’s sharpness, the pixel density of 267 PPI joins in the effectual screen clarity. The screen’s display type is the IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. Other features of the smartphone’s display include – 1000:1 contrast ratio, 71% screen-to-body ratio, 178 degree viewing angle, GFF full lamination and 80% NTSC.

Quad-core 1.3GHz ARM Cortex-A7 is the main part of the smartphone. This 32-bit CPU is enveloped by the MediaTek MT6580A. This processor employs the 28nm process technology. The ARM Mali-400 MP2 with two cores and a clock speed of 500MHz is the graphics overseer of AllCall Madrid. Multitasking on this tech piece is handled by a 1GB LPDDR3 RAM. The storage of files on it has a capacity of 8GB. This internal storage can be expanded to 32GB with the use of a microSD card.

Madrid 2

The rear region of this smartphone has an 8 MP shooter with f/2.2 aperture responsible for snapping images and recording videos. A LED flash is present to brighten images in dark conditions. The front camera for the selfies has a 2 MP snapper. The cellular connectivity gradients on AllCall Madrid includes 2G GSM and 3G WCDMA. 4G LTE is absent on this smartphone. The other connectivity present on it are: Micro USB v2.0, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi and GPS.

The source of duration on AllCall Madrid is a non-removable Lithium-Polymer 2,600 mAh battery. Be as it may, the smartphone doesn’t charge very fast as it lacks Quick Charge technology.
