Neffos X1 Lite Review, Price, Camera, Performance & Full Specs

Neffox X1 Lite smartphone was released on the stable of TP-Link in June 2017. Malaysian fans were likely the first to receive the mobile phone with enthusiasm. At that time, it came with Android Nougat which was well accepted then. Other nice features also made the device one of choice.

In this review, we present the full specifications of Neffox X1 Lite and that includes features such as design, display, price, network, hardware, battery and other performance options.

Design and Display of Neffox X1 Lite

Body design type in the device is mainly metal. Further, dimensions are 142.6 x 71.2 x 8.5 mm and it weighs 138 grams. It comes in cloudy gray, moonlight silver, and sunrise silver colors. It is not water resistant at all.

Display type is IPS LCD capacitive touch screen of 16 million colors. The screen size is 5 inches and there is no secondary display. Pixels resolution is 1280 x 720, pixel density is 293 ppi, and screen to body ratio cannot be ascertained at the present moment. However, protective feature in the device is 2.5D curved glass.

Camera Features

At the camera department there is a 13 MP rear shooter that comes with dual-LED flash features. Also, it comes with f/2.0 aperture. The front camera which is the selfie camera is only 5 MP which has no flash option at all.

The rear camera comes with Full HD recording (FHD), LED flash, and f/2.0 aperture. Other features of the rear camera are auto focus, geo-tagging, Face Beauty, continuous shooting, PDAF, touch focus, HDR, panorama, digital zoom, and more.

Hardware and Software

MediaTek MT6750 chipset is the primary hardware on Neffox X1 Lite. CPU is Octa-core 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53 with another 4 x 1.0 GHz Cortex A53. Meanwhile, the GPU is Mali T860 MP2.

However, the software is Android OS v7.0 NFUI user interface. This may not be able to receive update for Android 9 Pie update.

Storage Capacity and Sensors

For internal memory there is 2GB of RAM which cannot be expanded, however, the internal storage is 16GB. This can be boosted up to 128GB with a microSD card. Sensors include accelerometer, proximity, fingerprint, compass, gyro, and ambient light.

Network and Connectivity

There are 2G, 3G, and 4G internet networks in the device, which means that it is GSM, HSDPA, and LTE compliant. There is dual SIM card compartment found in the smartphone and the size is Nano for both.

Other connectivity options are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, headphone jack, microUSB 2.0, and others. However, there is no HDMI, infrared, and NFC options in the Neffox X1 Lite.

Battery Life of Neffox X1 Lite

Powering the device is a 2550 mAh non-removable Li-ion battery, which has no wireless charging option. However, it has fast charging option that enables full charge from zero percent in about two hours.

Price and Availability

Pricing of Neffox X1 Lite is about $145 USD though we cannot tell if the price will remain the same in all stores online. Since the smartphone has been released in June 2017 in Malaysia and Singapore, we trust it is available for purchase.
