BLU Vivo One Plus has been introduced as the updated version of the BLU Vivo One smartphone which we reviewed earlier. The Plus version comes with upgraded specs no doubt, especially in the camera department.
The battery capacity was also increased as well, as it houses a massive 4000mAh battery. Internally, there’s still the same 2GB RAM and 16GB storage space. Lets find out what else the BLU Vivo One Plus has to offer.

Design
From the back we can see that the LED flash is now in a different position, to mark the difference between the Plus version and the normal version. Still sports the dual beautiful antenna lines, with the same horizontal aesthetics of featutes.
The rear camera comes first just below the top antenna line, followed by the LED flash, fingerprint scanner and Blu logo. The device measures 8.6mm in thickness, which might seem a little bulky at first but it weighs just 173g overall. It’s available in Black, Gold and Blue colors.
Display
Just like the initial version, the Vivo One Plus sports a bezel-less display, dishing out an 18:9 aspect ratio. Blu didn’t bother expanding the display further as it measures the same 6-inch. We can also see the selfie camera and LED flash at the top bezel.
The 6-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen has a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. Even though its pixel per inch density is just 268, the bezel-less display should be able to display to stunnin visuals nonetheless. The screen got up 73.5% screen to body ratio, offering more screen than bezels.

Hardware and Software
Under the hood lies the Mediatek MT6739 chip with Quad-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 4-cores of processor clocks at 1.3GHz with 28nm process technology for a smooth ride. In the graphics department, the PowerVR GE8100 graphics processor is totally in charge.
There’s a standard 2GB RAM space available on the device with a memory speef of 667MHz. In terms of storage, the 16GB storage space on the BLU Vivo One Plus is upgradeable up to 64GB with a memory card. The BLU Vivo One Plus runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system.
Camera
Enjoy amazing photography with the Vivo One Plus, the advanced 13MP rear shooter comes with a dual-LED dual-tone flash. Boasts of features like Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and the rest. Videos of 1080 pixels can be recorded at 30 frames per second and take cute selfies with 13MP selfie camera which has a LED flash as well.

Powering the BLU Vivo One Plus is a 4000mAh Non-removable Li-Po battery with no fast charging technology. Even without the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take more than 2.5 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.
