Here Are The UK Cities That Will Get 5G Mobile Signals First

EE a UK telecoms associated with BT Group is preparing to launch 5G mobile connectivity and the company has revealed which areas will first enjoy the provision which will be available in 16 UK cities next year.

5G internet connectivity will be rolled out anew within London, Cardiff, Edinburgh, and Belfast areas, as well as in Birmingham and Manchester as a matter of first course.

At the present time, EE is running two trials of 5G connection in the area known as Canary Wharf and in East London. This is a preliminary effort to test how the 5G connectivity will serve users in the real world of faster networks.

This new and significant generation of wireless mobile connections is meant to offer significant speed increment on the 4G internet.

As revealed by a well known expert in the industry, adding 5G internet connectivity to the UK’s number one 4G network will increase reliability, increase speeds, and keep customers connected where it matters and where customers need it most.

Other areas where the good job will cover are Glasgow, Newcastle, Liverpool, Leeds, Hull, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Coventry and Bristol. It is expected that this 5G network connectivity will reach out to a total of 1,500 sites during 2019.

Further, EE as promised to also launch a 5G home router together with the release of the 5G connectivity. This is meant as an alternate means to fix broadband. EE wants to launch ‘multiple’ 5G smartphones in partnership with manufacturers, a release from the company claims.
