Split screen in OnePlus 6 makes its possible for users of the device to make use of two apps simultaneously. How to use split screen in Oneplus 6
Before being able to make use of the split screen in OnePlus 6, you’ll first have to activate it if you haven’t activated before. If you have then you can skip the first few steps. To activities the split screen view or multi window view mode feature, follow the steps below.
– Swipe down the notification panel and Click on the Gear Icon to access the Settings Menu or Tap on the Settings App on the Home screen or app drawer.
– Under Customization, Click on Buttons.
– This is where you will see options like Navigation bar & gestures, swap buttons, home button, recents button and back button settings.
– Scroll down towards the bottom of the list, Under Back Buttons, and click on Long Press Action.
– Now Choose/Set it to Open/Close Split screen.
Now that you’ve activated the feature you can now go ahead and make use of it. To do that, open the two apps you would like to use side by side. Make sure they are open. Now long Press the recent apps button and you’ll be able to set one app to the top half of the screen and the other to the bottom half of the screen if they are supported.
