DESIGN AND DISPLAY
The tablet’s classic outlook features slightly thick side bezels and thick top and bottom bezels. The top bezel of the tablet houses the front camera whereas the bottom bezel houses the dedicated home button. The other dedicated keys on the tablet are the power button and the volume keys which are located on the side of the tablet. The tablet’s rear is home to the rear camera and the “Huawei” logo. Its dimensions are 241.3mm length x 171.5mm width x 7.1mm thickness. The tablet has a light feel due to its 310g weight. The tablet comes in three colours – Space Grey, Gold and White.
The tablet’s display is crisp, clear and large with the presence of the 10.1 inches screen display. Its display area is on another level as it pegs at 71.5%. The screen display type is the IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. Its screen resolution accountable for clarity of texts and icons is 100 x 1920 pixels. Its pixel density is 224 ppi. Multi-touch capability is enabled on the tablet’s display.
CAMERA
The tablet has good quality in the camera section. The rear camera makes use of an 8MP shooter to capture images. Recording videos on the tablet is done at 30 frames per second (fps). The camera has features such as – Geo tagging, autofocus, touch focus and face detection. The front camera also has an 8MP shooter for taking selfies.

The chipset on the tablet is the Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 chipset. Powering the tablet is an efficient Octa core Cortex A-53 CPU. The processor clocks at a speed of 1.4GHz.The graphics production on the tablet is done by the Adreno 505 GPU. Android v7.0 Nougat is the operating system on the tablet. The U.I on the tablet is the EMUI 5 that’s Android modified.
STORAGE
The tablet has three variants as regards its internal memory. The three variants of the tablet’s internal memory are 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. This covers the storage of files and documents on the tablet. The tablet’s internal memoy can be extended using a micro SD up to 256GB. In its RAM section, the tablet has 3GB and 4GBRAMs. The 3GB RAM tablets has the 16GB and 32GB internal memory variants while the 4GB RAM has the 64GB internal memory variant.
