The Intex Infie 33 has been launched in India by the company as an entry-level smartphone for those on a budget. The Infie series from Intex are known for its affordability and the company just released two new devices.
The Infie 33 comes with trending features like the Face ID feature which unlocks in a second. It has the trending 18:9 aspect ratio screen screen with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage space as well. Without further ado, lets meet the Intex Infie 33.
Design
The Infie 33 looks like a budget smartphone no doubt, sporting a Plastic back cover which is removable to insert 2 Nano SIM card. There’s no fingerprint scanner here, as the company opted for the trendy Face ID feature.
The rear camera and LED flash are horizontal at the top left corner. While the loudspeaker is down below with the Intex logo. It measures 9.3mm in thickness and weighs just 148g, it’s available in Black, Champagne and Blue.
Display
You get to experience the Full View display with this affordable device, the Infie 33 brings the 18:9 screen to those on a budget. The bezels has been completely reduced while the top and bottom bezel are still thick a little bit.
The 5.34-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen is pretty basic, boasting of 480 x 960 pixels in resolution and 201 pixel per inch density. The screen also stretches up to 72.75% screen-to-body ratio.
Hardware and Software
The device is powered by the Spreadtrum SC9850 chipset which was manufactured on a 28nm process technology. The chip comes integrated with 4-cores of processor clocking at 1.3GHz max. While the ARM Mali-T820 MP1 graphics processor controls graphics.
There’s 1GB of RAM space available for multitasking and a memory speed of 533MHz. For storing files, you get the standard 8GB space, but you can expand up to 32GB using a memory card. The Infie 33 runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat.
Camera
The 5MP rear camera here comes with Bokeh effect and performs background blur with ease. The camera comes with a LED flash and other Internal filters. While the 5MP selfie camera comes with 6 level face beauty effects and supports Face ID.
Battery
Powering the Intex Infie 33 is a 3000mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery with no fast charging technology. Without the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% might take up to 2.4 hours.
