Design and ergonomics

The Studio Pro M headphones have a useful foldable design, which allows them to be easily stored and transported. The ear cups, which rotate both left and right, fit most head sizes and are closed at the back with ample padding and a leatherette cover – comfortable to wear, yet snug enough. They are easy to use and offer a lot of conveniences compared to the more expensive models.

On the build quality side, OneOdio’s headphones have a premium look but with fairly cheap materials. The appearance is still very nice, with matt black plastic and chrome, as well as red stitching. The large OneOdio imprint in the well-padded headband may not be to everyone’s taste, but it’s not a big drawback, indeed both the earpads and the headband guarantee use for long periods without annoyances or heaviness.

The cushions of the large earphones, which rotate up to 90 degrees, are in memory foam and not only ensure lasting comfort and ergonomics, but also allow passive isolation. The headband in the upper part, which is also padded and comfortable, guarantees optimal acoustic insulation.

Features and controls

The OneOdio headphones have Bluetooth 5.0 and wired connection. Through the use of Bluetooth, the built-in 500 mAh battery has a duration of 30 hours of playback on a single charge that you can use with PC, notebook, iPad, iPod, iPhone, Android mobile devices, and much more. For the use, however, of Xbox One, Xbox One S, PS4, Mac and other gaming devices or online meetings you will need to switch to wired mode with a detachable audio cable that comes with a remote control and microphone.

Huge 50mm speaker drivers combined with neomide magnets deliver stereo sound with clear vocals, crisp tones and powerful bass. The sound is incredibly balanced for a wonderful music and gaming experience.

  • On the right pavilion, we find the physical on/off button and the volume controls up and down. Patented anti-off jack port to switch to wired mode
  • On the left pavilion, however, we have the USB-C port for charging the device

I have tried these headphones with Spotify blaring and I have to say that they feature amazing noise cancellation, not only do you get isolation from outside noise, but even those close to you will only perceive a slight hum.

Audio and microphone quality

Oneodio Studio Pro M Sound Quality
Oneodio Studio Pro M Sound Quality

The Studio Pro M Wireless are solid headphones with a good response frequency of 20Hz-20KHz and an impedance of 32 ohms.

As well as being snug and comfortable enough, the sound quality is overall fantastic for such an affordable pair of headphones. It is not premium sound, but very comparable to headphones belonging to higher price categories in terms of quality.

The bass is very powerful but not enough to drown out the mids and others, which always remain very clear. The closed back design makes them comfortable for on the go and for studio use while minimizing external noise.

The detachable and directional 360 degree-professional boom microphone provides an unprecedented gaming and voice chat experience. It is connected to a single headphone and is characterized by greater clarity of the voice and reduction of background noise.

Conclusions

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these headphones for multiple tasks, you can use them for your webinars with Microsoft Teams or Zoom Meetings, or for listening to music or playing games.

The lack of wireless compatibility with consoles and 7.1 surround sound might discourage any buyer, but the excellent value for money, the sound quality, and the fact that it supports Bluetooth and wired with microphone, far exceed expectations.

The OneOdio Studio Pro M Over-Ear headphones can be purchased on the manufacturer’s official website at a price of 48.99 euros. By applying the informarea3 coupon code you can get a 3 euro discount.
