Xiaomi Mi A3 Powered By Android One Launched in India; Find The Price, Specifications & Sale Date

Xiaomi has finally launched its Mi A3 in India powering Android One. Last month, this smartphone was first launched in Europe. The best part is that the phone runs on stock Android which means that you will not find any bloatware apps or normally found on all Mi phones pre-installed. This makes it more user-friendly.

Mi A3 Specifications

Mi A3 runs on Android 9 Pie and features a 6.08-inch HD+ Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 720×1560 pixels. The phone’s screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. Mi A3 is powered by the new Snapdragon 665 SoC chipset along with Adreno 610 GPU and 4GB of RAM.

Talking about the design and looks of the phone, you are going to find a gradient back panel finish. There is a triple-camera setup at the rear side and a LED flash below it. There is no fingerprint sensor provided at the back, instead, you will get an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone has a waterdrop-style notch.

Moving on to the camera department, the phone has a triple-camera setup at the rear side consisting of the primary camera of 48MP with Sony IMX586 image sensor, 8MP secondary sensor with 118-degree wide-angle lens, and the third one is 2MP depth sensor. The selfie department has a 32MP camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The connection options include 4G Volte, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS / A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm jack. The phone’s battery capacity is 4030mAh which supports 18W fast charging. However, the company has provided a 10W charger out-of-the-box.

Mi A3 Pricing & Sale Date

There are two storage variants of Mi A3 including 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage. The base variant has been priced at Rs 12,999 and the higher storage variant is priced at Rs 15,999. the phones will be available in three color options – “Not Just Blue”, “More Than White”, and “Kind Of Grey”.

Mi A3 will go on sale via Amazon.in and MI.com on 23rd August at 12:00 PM. t will also be made available in the offline stores after the first sale.
