Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment (ZTE) Corporation, a Chinese Telecom Company which is the world’s fourth-largest mobile phone manufacturer, has released the premium version of the Axon 7 called the ZTE Axon 7 Premium. It would be recalled that ZTE launched the Axon 7 back in May in China.
The ZTE Axon 7 Premium is a powerful smartphone with force touch capabilities and impressive top-end features such as a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, 20MP rear camera with dual LED Flash among other things.

The ZTE Axon 7 premium packs a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with 2K (1440 * 2560 pixels) resolution, 538 PPI pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a Quad-Core Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU.
The device has a 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be increased to 256GB using a microSD card. The ZTE Axon 7 premium has a Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD) smartphone which runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow MiFavor UI 4.0 and supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C connectivity.
The Axon 7 Premium version has a 20MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, 4K video recording, PDAF, OIS, f/1.8 aperture and 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture.
In order to support this powerful machine, ZTE packs Axon 7 premium with a 3250mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. It also comes with a fingerprint sensor. The ZTE Axon 7 premium comes in Ion Gold, Quartz Grey and Chromium Silver colours.
