DEXP T155 is a new smartphone just released in November 2018. It is a rugged smartphone that also comes with interpolated cameras, and with several layers of protection that makes it qualified to be called a rugged device.

Design and Display of DEXP T155
Body design material in the rugged smartphone is a combination of several things such as metal and plastic. Dimensions are 163 x 76.6 x 13.9 mm and it weighs 270 grams. The smartphone arrives in black and gold colors. Furthermore, it is a water resistant phone, has fingerprint sensor but no indication it has face recognition technology.
Display type is IPS LCD multi-touch capacitive touch screen of 16 million colors. The screen size is 5.5 inches and it comes without a secondary display. Pixel density is 293 ppi, pixel resolution is 1440 x 720. In addition, aspect ratio is 18:9. Meanwhile, other cool features are 2.5D curved glass, Dragontrail glass, and Oleophobic coating.
Camera Features
There are three cameras in this phone. The setup to the rear is dual 8 MP plus 8 MP which come with dual LED flash. However, the one to the front is a meager 5 MP and it comes without flash. Video performance in DEXP T155 is 1080p@30fps.
Other good features of the smartphone are geotagging, auto focus, HDR, touch focus, face detection, and panorama.
Hardware and Software
Android OS v8.1 Oreo runs in the DEXP T155. This surely will upgrade to the latest Android 9 Pie. Further, there is MediaTek MT6739 with process technology 28nm working with 32-bit architecture. The CPU is 1.5 GHz Quad-core Cortex A53. The GPU is PowerVR GE8100.
Storage Capacity and Sensors
There is internal memory of 2GB which is not to be expanded. Also, there is the 16GB internal storage which can be increased up to 128GB with a micro SD card used inside the SIM 2 card slot.
Sensors in the device include accelerometer, proximity, ambient light, fingerprint, and compass.
Network and Connectivity
DEXP T155 is versatile when it comes to supported networks. It is able to handle GSM, HSPA, and LTE. This means it is a 2G, 3G and 4G phone. It can make use of dual hybrid or nano SIM cards to satisfy these needs.
Other connectivity components are Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, NFC, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, micro USB 2.0, and headphone jack. There are no infrared, or HDMI in this device.
