Design
Sports a Metal overall unibody that was covered exquisitely in glass, the A1 Pro reflects light beautifully. Just like what we saw when we unboxed the Elephone U Pro and took it out to meet the Sun. The stunning reflection of light on the UMIDIGI A1 Pro is simply magical. I’m also loving the Symmetrical aesthetics going on at the back.
Relax, that’s just two horizontal cameras, a dual-LED flash and a black fingerprint scanner. A beautiful smartphone to hold and flaunt at will, especially when you’re out and about. The device has sleek metal edges as well and available in Blue, Black and Silver colors.
Display
UMIDIGI has done it all when it comes to the bezel-less screen, well except for the top-notch design. I actually thought the A1 Pro would come with the notch, but obviously that’s not the case here. Nonetheless, it dishes out a Full View 18:9 aspect ratio with minimal bezels.
The top bezel is busy housing the selfie camera, sensors and speaker grille as the screen stretches up to 78% screen to body ratio. The 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen boasts of a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. Enjoy clear visuals with 293 pixel per inch density, while a Corning Gorilla Glass protects it all.
Hardware and Software
The smartphone houses the Mediatek MT6739 chip with Quad-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 4-cores of processor runs at 1.4GHz and has a 28nm process technology. The PowerVR GE8100 graphics processor is in charge of everything graphics and clocks at 570MHz.
The device is ready for all your heavy tasks packing 3GB of RAM which has a memory speed of 533MHz. In the storage department, 16GB storage space is available to accommodate all files. If that isn’t enough, you can always upgrade up to 256GB with a memory card. The A1 Pro runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with UMI OS.
Camera
The dual 13MP + 5MP shooters at the back comes with a dual-LED flash and captures 4K resolution images. UMIDIGI smartphones are known for their photography prowess and the A1 Pro didn’t shy away from that aspect. With this device you can capture photographs with 4619 x 3464 pixels in dimension and record videos of 1080 pixels at 30 frames per second. The 5MP selfie camera is always ready for selfies.
Battery
Powering the UMIDIGI A1 Pro is a 3200mAh Non-removable Li-Ion battery with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take more than 1.9 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.

This is the best entry-level full-screen Dual 4G smartphone with Android 8.1 stock and stunning outlook!
Its 16GB inbuilt memory and not 32GB as stated in your article. And its also expandable to 256 and not 128 as stated in your article.
I so much like UMIDIGI Smartphones, their Smartphones always have nice specs and are very cheap, priceless.
